Matthieu Delfini

Matthieu Delfini expose ses oeuvres tout l'été chez Voyage Samaritaine. Artiste peintre, il a tracé un chemin singulier. Formé à l'ESSEC et passé par le capital-risque, une blessure en 2019 fut le catalyseur d'une révélation : celle de la peinture, devenue son langage et sa manière d'être au monde.

Son travail, au cœur de l'exposition "Les vibrations du quotidien - Impressions nomades", explore les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, et la complexité des connexions humaines. À travers des palettes vibrantes et des gestes expressifs, il capture l'invisible des relations et des scènes de vie. Qu'il s'agisse de paysages invitant à la contemplation ou de corps en mouvement nés d'instants saisis (d'un bain de mer marseillais aux rues de Dakar), chaque œuvre est une invitation à percevoir la lumière du monde et les récits universels qui nous relient.

Matthieu Delfini is exhibiting his works all summer long at Voyage Samaritaine. A painter, he has forged a unique path. Trained at ESSEC Business School and with a background in venture capital, an injury in 2019 was the catalyst for a revelation: that of painting, which became his language and his way of being in the world.

His work, at the heart of the exhibition ‘Les vibrations du quotidien - Impressions nomades’ (The vibrations of everyday life - Nomadic impressions), explores interior and exterior spaces and the complexity of human connections. Through vibrant palettes and expressive gestures, he captures the invisible aspects of relationships and scenes from life. Whether it's landscapes that invite contemplation or bodies in motion born from captured moments (from a swim in the sea in Marseille to the streets of Dakar), each work is an invitation to perceive the light of the world and the universal stories that connect us.

As photographer and blogger Inès More points out: ‘Looking at Matthieu Delfini's paintings is like taking a step back. It's not travelling around the world, but through the memory of a man who has travelled it with attention.
